Pilates is a holistic exercise system designed to elongate and strengthen the body, and to improve balance and coordination.
I completed my Pilates Foundation matwork training with Vanessa Smith (Glasgow). I currently offer private and duet sessions online via Zoom, and will be running a monthly intermediate/advanced repertoire class beginning in Spring 2022.
