Floor Barre evolved from classical ballet. It is a precise and highly effective technique that increases flexibility and core strength without placing excessive strain on the joints, releases tension from the neck, lower back and hips, and encourages better posture.
Floor Barre is designed to work for all ages, shapes and sizes – everyone is welcome. The whole class takes place on the floor, and no dance experience is required.
